Items are usually sent by Australia Post regular mail.

At checkout, you have a number of choices for postage. On smaller items you can choose lower cost postage with no tracking or pay a little more for tracking. On all items, you can choose to pay extra for express post. 

Australia Post will email you the tracking number for your order when it’s lodged at the post office. If you don’t receive this, contact us and ask for it to be emailed to you.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses by the Australia Post. 

Local pick-up from Artarmon

To avoid postage costs, pick up is available from Artarmon in Sydney by ticking the box at checkout.

When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with the address and collection details. Pick up is from a secure box. This means when you receive notification that it’s ready for collection, you can collect it any time day or night. Easy!

When will my order be sent?

The short answer?  Your order will normally be sent within one business day.

The long answer? We know you can’t wait for your order to arrive. As soon as the order comes through, we do a little happy dance and get to work to finalise it for you. If your order is in by lunchtime, we’ll usually race it off to the post office on the same day. If we’re working at the pop-up shop or it’s an order we need to sew up to complete, it will be sent the next working day.

For urgent items, remember to choose Express Post at checkout.
