No fuss returns, refunds and exchanges
All standard products have a money back guarantee. If the wrong order is sent or the product is defective in any way, we’ll cover the cost of return postage and provide a full refund or replacement – your choice.
What if I get the size wrong or the colour just isn’t right?
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase.
What if it doesn’t fit, the design doesn’t quite go with your décor or your partner hates it? We get it. Sometimes, things just don’t work out the way you hope. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll exchange or refund. No fuss!
Just return the item by post, drop it off to our address at Artarmon or to our pop-up shop.
The exchange or refund will be for the cost of the product only. Postage costs are not refunded. You’ll need to cover the cost of postage to send an exchange item, if required.
Goods must be returned in original packaging in “as new” condition within ten days of delivery. We strongly suggest you return it with a method that involves tracking. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non traceable methods or are not received by us.

Custom made products
Custom made products are created just for you, to your specifications. For this reason, they’re not able to be returned or exchanged. Please make sure you double check your measurements before ordering to avoid any problems.
