Choose between 100% cotton or the same 100% cotton tablecloth with an acrylic Teflon coating.
100% Cotton:
Normal machine wash in cold or warm water. Washes beautifully. Your tablecloth doesn’t shrink and is fade resistant. So easy to care for.
100% Cotton Teflon Coated:
What a fabulous invention!? Easy care. Simply wipe down with a wet cloth after each use. The cotton fabric is treated with an acrylic Teflon coating therefore the tablecloth is stain repellent. It’s like magic because any spills simply bead on the cloth ready to be wiped off. Perfect for high traffic areas such as the kitchen or outdoors.
The great thing about the coating is that although there’s a light sheen, because the tablecloth is made of cotton (and not plastic or oilcloth), it drapes nicely at the corners and doesn’t stick out at awkward angles. This water-repellent cotton can be washed in the washing machine although it doesn’t need washing nearly as often as a standard cotton tablecloth. A bonus for the environment and it saves you time and money. Ideal for everyday use.

The photos are as accurate as possible. However, colours in photos are sometimes slightly different to the tablecloth, so small colour variations may occur.
Care Instructions
100% Cotton
- Normal machine wash in cold or warm water. Washes beautifully.
- If you want to iron your tablecloth, use a medium or cotton setting with steam
100% Cotton with Stain Resistant Treatment
- Use a wet cloth to clean and wipe off any spills immediately.
- For grease stains, use water and make a paste with some soap. Leave it to sit for fifteen minutes and wash as usual. Savon de Marseille natural soap is excellent for this.
- To sanitise or disinfect your tablecloth, use a weak bleach solution with two tablespoons of bleach in a litre of water. Spray on and wipe down afterwards.
- Occasionally, you may want to wash your tablecloth. Machine wash in cold or warm water. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
- Like any fabric, the tablecloth will crease after washing. Just hang to dry and put back on the table.
- If you really want to get every last wrinkle out, use a medium temperature iron with steam. Always iron on the reverse side. Ironing can help to reactivate the treatment.
- Do not dry clean.
- To avoid mould and mildew, make sure your tablecloth is completely dry before folding and putting away. The coated fabric does such a good job of repelling water, it makes it difficult for any trapped moisture to evaporate.

Ideal Tablecloth Sizes for Square Tables
Help is here to find the best tablecloth to suit your square table. First, measure your table and add the amount of overhang you would like. Remember to add the overhang amount twice to allow for both sides. For a 100cm wide table with an overhang of 20cm, the width of the tablecloth would be 140cm. The ideal overhang is entirely personal preference. Suggested tablecloth sizes below are based on an overhang of between 15cm to 25cm.
